Confirm the details before paying.
Shop orders (Buy button)
Press Buy, enter your delivery address and pay on Shopify’s secure checkout. The price on the product is what you pay, plus A$11 delivery on orders under A$100. Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We then place it with the supplier, who sends the products to FI’s warehouse. We inspect and pack your order before forwarding it to your home, and share onward tracking. If an item is unavailable or a price was clearly a mistake, we tell you and refund you in full before dispatch.

Your inclusive quote
A catalogue request does not take payment. FI verifies the exact supplier variant, availability, receiving warehouse and delivery scope, then presents one inclusive AUD total. Confirm the product and delivery address before paying. Changes after approval require FI to review the quote again.
The total includes the manufacturer product price converted to AUD, our 10% service fee on that price, and all agreed freight, inspection, duties and applicable tax for the stated delivery scope.
Warehouse inspection
The supplier delivers to the FI warehouse first. We check the agreed product, dimensions, finish, function and packaging before dispatching to you. Inspection reduces the risk of defects; it does not guarantee that every defect can be detected.
Payment and order records
When checkout is enabled, Stripe handles payment details. FI keeps payment references and status, your contact and delivery details, supplier purchase records, inspection results and shipment tracking. A payment redirect alone is not confirmation of payment.
Changes and problems
Contact support@fabricationintelligence.com about delivery changes, defects, cancellation or a return. FI will confirm the applicable arrangements before accepting a commercial order. These process notes do not limit applicable customer rights.
