A closer look.
Before it reaches you.
The manufacturer sends your order to our receiving warehouse first. We check the agreed product, quantity, dimensions, visible finish, function where practicable and packaging, and record the result.
Only an order that passes the agreed checks proceeds to dispatch. If a check fails, we hold delivery and resolve the issue with the manufacturer.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, FI is your contact for the appropriate remedy. Our returns policy explains the process and your rights after delivery.
ONE INCLUSIVE AUD TOTAL
A clear fee for our service.
A 10% fee on the initial product price, converted to AUD, pays for our sourcing, order coordination and inspection service.
All agreed freight, inspection costs, duties and applicable tax are included in the final total for your stated delivery scope, confirmed before payment.

After a real paid FI order is recorded as delivered, customers can review the product they received. Those experiences help the next buyer understand the design, condition and delivery.
We publish genuine positive and negative experiences under the same rules. A verified purchase review is tied to the customer’s own delivered order; FI does not rewrite their words.
