1. The policies
These are the documents that apply when you use the site or buy from us. Each one says when it was last updated.
2. Who you are buying from
Fabrication Intelligence (FI) is a small Australian business run from Melbourne, Victoria by its founders. FI is the seller on shop orders, and the supplier ships to you on our behalf. That means you deal with us if something goes wrong, not with an overseas supplier. You can reach us at support@fabricationintelligence.com or through Support.
3. Your rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for their purpose, match their description and match any sample shown. For a major problem you can choose a refund or a replacement. For a minor problem we can first fix it in reasonable time. These rights apply to shop orders even though the goods ship from overseas, and they cannot be removed by a notice or a policy. The ACCC explains them at accc.gov.au.
4. Your information
The privacy notice lists the services that handle your information, including where it goes when an order is shipped from overseas. To ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to have it deleted, email support@fabricationintelligence.com.
5. Content and copyright
We respect the rights of makers and photographers. We use supplier listing photos only with the owner’s approval, and we label illustrations made with AI as renders. If you think something on this site uses your photo, design or trademark without permission, email us the page address, what you believe is yours and how to reach you. We look into it promptly and remove material when the claim is valid.
6. Complaints
- Tell us. Email support@fabricationintelligence.com with your order number and the outcome you want.
- We review it and reply, usually within 48 hours.
- Still stuck? You can contact your state or territory consumer protection agency, or a court or tribunal. Contacting us first does not stop you doing this.
7. Our use of AI
We use AI to help research products, draft listings and run parts of the business. People approve what goes live, and AI-made images are labelled. Using AI does not change our responsibility for what we say or sell. Details are on AI at FI.
8. When these change
We put the date at the top of each policy. A change does not alter an order you have already placed unless you agree. Material changes to the privacy notice or terms are announced on the page.
