2. Help with an order
Email us with your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and tell us what you need. Common cases:

| Know where your parcel is | We send the tracking number once the supplier gives it to us. If it has been more than three weeks, email us and we chase the supplier. |
| Change your address | Email as soon as you can. We can change it only if the supplier has not shipped yet. |
| Cancel an order | Email as soon as you can. See cancellation and change of mind. |
| Report a fault or wrong item | Send photos and your order number. See returns and refunds. |
| Ask about a refund | We confirm the amount and the payment method it goes back to. Banks can take a few days to show it. |
3. Before you write
- Read the Something wrong? table in the docs. Most problems have a quick answer there.
- Have your order number and the email address you used ready.
- For a fault, take clear photos of the item, the packaging and the label.
- Do not keep using or installing anything that looks unsafe.
4. Staying safe
We will never ask you for your password, a full card number or a verification code by email, message or phone. If someone claiming to be FI does, do not reply, and forward it to us. Payments are made only on the secure checkout, never by bank transfer to a person.
5. Your rights
Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees about the goods you buy, including that they are of acceptable quality and match their description. These apply no matter what any page on this site says.
